At Raffaolo, every suit is a symbol of precision, craftsmanship, and trust. We take immense pride in the quality and fit of our garments, and your satisfaction is our highest priority. While we hope you’ll love every piece you receive, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary.

  1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-fitted, tailored, or personalized suits are made uniquely for each client and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless the item has a proven manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-tailored suits, blazers, or shirts made using client measurements.
  • Items purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers.
  • Accessories such as ties, cufflinks, or pocket squares (unless defective).
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review the request and, once approved, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

We take full responsibility for manufacturing or quality-related issues — your trust in Raffaolo craftsmanship is never compromised.

  1. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible products for a different size or style (subject to stock availability).
Custom orders can be altered or adjusted by our in-house team instead of a full exchange, ensuring the perfect fit at minimal cost.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a verified defect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost or delayed packages.
